First, please note that by purchasing the Regular License, you are paying for the installation service to set up the item exactly as shown on the demo site. This applies to services only. For downloadable items (whether free or premium), the Regular License does not include any installation service.

With the Extended License, you are paying for both the installation service and customization services to tailor the template to your specific needs. Customization includes changing logos, images, graphics, text, and other content, but does not extend to modifying the template layout. For any significant layout changes, you would need to opt for our full website development service, which is a separate offer listed on a different product page. In both cases, the payment covers the service provided, not the template itself.

The template files will be uploaded solely for the purpose of customization and are intended to be used exclusively within the scope of this service. These templates are not for resale, redistribution, or any other form of distribution outside of the customization process. The templates remain the intellectual property of the original creator, and you are granted access to use them only for customizing your website or for your client’s project.

If you require, we can provide you with a copy of the template files for the purpose of scanning with your preferred antivirus or malware software before proceeding with customization, to ensure the files are safe for use. Although we make every effort to provide clean and secure files, performing your own scan adds an extra layer of security and peace of mind.

Regular: Downloadable Item

Once you've completed your purchase, head to your Dashboard and click on the Purchases tab. Next, click the three dots on the far right of the item you just purchased. A dropdown menu will appear—simply select the 'Get Started' option, and your download will begin.

 

Regular: Template Demo Installation Process

With the Regular License, we offer a template installation service where the template is set up exactly as shown on the demo site—without any customization or alterations. After the installation, you’ll have full control to customize the website based on the template to fit your needs. This option is perfect for customers who prefer a DIY approach and want a quick, one-time setup to get started, with the flexibility to make design changes themselves.


What we require to begin the service:

  • WordPress login URL (It must be an empty, new installation)
  • WordPress login username and password (Administrator role)


Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of the process:

  1. Choose your desired template and purchase it.
  2. Once you've completed your purchase, go to your Dashboard and click on the Tickets tab. Next, click the + button in the upper right corner of the screen. Fill out the form to request installation and wait for our response. We typically reply within the same day or by the following day.
  3. Prepare your website by ensuring a fresh install of WordPress and providing us with the admin login credentials. If you're unable to set up your WordPress site for any reason, you can take advantage of our specialized service, where we’ll handle the setup or even manage your hosting for you.
  4. Once we’ve received your request, approved it, and scheduled the installation, we will back up your site using our backup plugin, just in case anything unexpected occurs.
  5. We will install the required plugins for this theme/template.
  6. We will upload the template files to your site and set up all the pages based on the templates.
  7. Final Delivery. We will conduct a thorough test to ensure everything is set up correctly. Once confirmed, we will perform a final backup. Afterward, we will notify you that the project has been completed and that your site mirrors the demo site exactly as intended.

Please note: This service covers the template installation as shown on the demo site. No customization or personalized design adjustments will be made. If you'd prefer to skip the technical details and have us handle the customization, you can choose the Extended License.

 

Extended: Customization Process

At ElementKits, we offer a comprehensive One-Time Website Customization Service that is designed to fully tailor the template to align with your unique brand identity and specific business needs. Our service ensures that every aspect of the template, from design to functionality, is customized to create a seamless and personalized experience for you or your client.

What we require to begin the service:

To ensure a seamless and efficient development process, there are a few things we will need from you:

  • Logos Your business logo in high-resolution format (PNG, or vector files) for branding purposes.
  • Images High-quality images for display on your website. Any additional images you’d like to include on pages such as About Us, Contact, or other custom sections.
  • Content Detailed text for any pages such as About, FAQ, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.

By providing these assets, you’ll ensure a smooth and efficient process. This will help create a website that aligns perfectly with your vision, ensuring every detail reflects your brand and meets your specific requirements.

For a smooth setup, we require a fresh, clean WordPress installation with admin access to manage the website’s backend. Additionally, an FTP account is needed to ensure proper file management and easy access for uploading any necessary assets or updates.

  3. Once you've completed your purchase, go to your Dashboard and click on the Purchases tab. Then, click the three dots located on the far right of the item you just purchased. A dropdown will appear—click the 'Get Started' option and you’ll be redirected to a Google Form where you can fill out your project details. By taking the time to fill out the form with your project details, you’ll help us build a tailored solution that aligns perfectly with your goals, setting the stage for long-term success.
  4. We'll contact you within 2 business days to schedule a consultation.
  5. Prepare your website by ensuring a fresh install of WordPress and providing us with the admin login credentials and FTP account details."
  6. We'll begin the design and development process.
  7. We'll present you with a draft for your review and feedback.
  8. Final Delivery: We will conduct a thorough test to ensure everything is set up correctly. Once confirmed, we’ll perform a final backup. Afterward, we will notify you that the project is complete and proceed with launching your website.
