1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 5-Day Refund Window

We offer a 5-day refund window for products purchased from ElementKits under certain conditions.

Refunds will be issued to your ElementKits Wallet and not to your original payment method. The refund balance can be used for future purchases on our platform.

1.2 Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product has not been used, modified, or altered in any way.
  • The product has not been downloaded and installed in a live or production environment.
  • The refund request is submitted within the 5-day period from the date of purchase. 
  • If we confirm that the item is unusable and are unable to resolve the issue after assisting you, you can initiate a refund request within 5 days.

1.3 Non-Refundable Products

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Products that have been downloaded, accessed, or used in a live/production environment.
  • Products that have been modified or altered.
  • Products marked as non-refundable or final sale on the product page.
  • Premium items purchased through a subscription.

1.4 Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not applicable for services, such as:

  • Custom design or development services.
  • Any Made-to-order products or custom services.
  • Installation services, as these are provided optionally and are not refundable.

2. Refund Process

2.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 5 days of your purchase, and include the following information:

  • Your order number and purchase code.
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

2.2 Refund Review

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, the refund will be credited to your ElementKits Wallet.

2.3 Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 1 to 3 business days from approval. Please note that the refund will be credited to your ElementKits Wallet, and the funds may take additional time to appear.

3. Wallet Refunds

3.1 Refunds Issued to Wallet

Refunds are always issued to your ElementKits Wallet, which can be used for future purchases. Refunds are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn to your bank or payment processor.

3.2 Wallet Balance

Your refunded amount will be credited to your ElementKits Wallet. You can use this balance for future purchases, but it cannot be transferred to other accounts or withdrawn. If you have any questions about how to use your wallet balance, feel free to reach out to us.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

4.1 Pending Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 3 business days, please first check your ElementKits Wallet. If the refund isn’t reflected there, feel free to contact us via Telegram: @elementsdev or email at hello@elementkits.com. We're happy to assist you further and resolve any issues.

4.2 Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that any payment processing fees or bank charges are non-refundable, even in the case of a refund.

5. Refund Policy Exceptions

5.1 Misuse or Fraudulent Requests

ElementKits reserves the right to deny any refund request if we suspect the product has been used in violation of our Terms and Conditions, or if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund process.

5.2 Custom Products

Refunds are not applicable for custom products or services (e.g., personalized design, development work, or made-to-order products), as these are tailored specifically to your requirements and are non-returnable.
